Climb on, climber!

Riding tempo, I rode from the bottom of Cavedale to the fire station at the top in 34:12.  What's this mean?  I have nothing to compare this too, but I felt pretty good.  I'll be interested to compare this to rides in the coming weeks.

Mt. San Bruno Hill Climb is on Monday.  Justin and I are ready to hammer.

Sweet! Sounds like a lot of hill climb races, is this a racing series there?

There's not an organized series per se, but there should be!

I found this info on Cavedale at the Sonoma County climbs database:
Rank: 39
Ride: Cavedale - From “Winding Rd” sign (where the climb actually begins) 200 yards before the historical marker sign, to the 4614 address paint on the road surface 150 yards after the firehouse.
City: Sonoma Category: 8.00
Distance: 5.00  Grade: 7.20   Ascent: 1880
Time Compare: 34:00:00   Time Superior: 29:30:00
Road Info: Through   Road Condition: Good
Comments: The big brother to Trinity, this climb parrallels on the same ridge line but goes a bit farther. While not as steep as Trinity it is a good deal farther. The road is very poor and watch for the seldom traffic as it is a single lane the whole way. about
